We are here to transform not only your body but also your lifestyle. We can change your perception towards life and motivate you towards adopting a healthy lifestyle that would change you forever.

What’s your goal/preference?

We will set up an appointment with you to learn about your expectations and goals. We need to know about what you are trying to achieve at the end of the transformation.

Workout and Diet

We will provide you workouts according to your training levels, injuries, health, equipment availability and goals. We will set up home and gym workout plans for you as per your preference which will be updated regularly.

Weekly check-ins

We will be checking in on your progress on a weekly basis. If you have queries during your workout or meal plans, you are one Whatsapp text away from YVS. We will monitoring everything from daily calorie intake to your exercise form  and make changes to your workout, diet or lifestyle as and when required.
